Proteins are symbolized by network nodes, protein–protein connections are denoted by edges, and the thickness of the lines signifies the level of data support. The edges indicate both functional and physical protein associations. The minimum interaction score was set at 0.4. Disconnected nodes were not included, to provide a better view of the network. Nodes color represent, dysregulated proteins in T1DM (purple), MS (orange) and both diseases (green)
